I'm Sarah Goodwater, a mother, a woman who has survived extreme chaos, seasons of silence and solitude, transformation and the deepest grief. SheHab was born from my own becoming.
Through years of personal healing, navigating motherhood, grief, faith, and rediscovering my voice - I realized I wasn’t alone. So many women, like me, were searching for sacred space. A place where their spirit could be heard… held… and healed.
SheHab is a spiritual homecoming. A soul-led sanctuary where women rise, return to themselves, and reclaim wholeness.

My journey has been anything but linear.
There were days I doubted everything - my path, my faith, my worth. But in those moments, I found God. I found healing in Scripture, in stillness, in sacred routines, and in the unwavering love of my children.
Each tear, each prayer, each journal page became a stepping stone. I knew I had to create a space for other women to experience this too. Not perfect healing. But holy healing. The kind that meets you where you are. So I began curating tools. Prayer cards. Journals. Studies. Guides. Then came sessions. Devotionals. Sacred routines. Everything I wish I had when I was walking through my own valleys.

“I built SheHab for the woman who’s been strong too long. For the mother who’s been pouring but hasn’t paused. For the soul whispering: I need a safe space to rise again.” SheHab was built with reverence - for the spirit of the woman, for her faith, and for her future.
It is not a quick fix. It is a holy unfolding.
Faith First. Always. At the core of everything I create is my relationship with God. My life is living proof of what happens when we surrender the old stories and let the divine write the next chapter.
I’m not here to preach.
I’m here to remind you - you’re not broken. You’re becoming.
This is your safe space to heal, reflect, reset, and rise.
Welcome to SheHab.
From my spirit to yours,
Sarah G.
